Soulful Sharing is an online forum for anyone interested in living more mindfully. It’s a space where we can actively pose questions as well as share tips, resources, and experiences from our efforts to consciously create our personal, familial, and professional lives.

Some of the subjects I’m most passionate about are:

  • incorporating being a spiritual being with the practical realities of daily life
  • parenting
  • health and nutrition
  • conservation

I’ll be posting mainly about these topics, but this isn’t a professional blog that has to adhere to specific themes so I’ll also share other random tidbits here and there — I hope you’ll do the same!

When my friends and I discuss our spiritual practices, for example, we get excited and inspired by one another. I’ve often wished afterwards that I  could share a particular conversation or experience with others knowing they would benefit as well. I’ve tried to do that with email in the past, but as new people become involved, they don’t have access to those old emails. Also, email tends to create more of a one-on-one dialog as people respond to me individually.

My goal with Soulful Sharing is that it will be a more easily accessible venue for the dynamic exchange of information that can reach and hopefully inspire a greater group of people.

It is my hope that you’ll not only read this blog, but more importantly, be brave enough to comment, question, and share!

Welcome to this wonderful journey! I’m delighted to share it with you!
